      Pros

      Company had to make some pay adjustments for upcoming quarter. Happening to a lot of companies so not surprising because of economy, but what I like is that it was handled well by MD. Reasons communicated clearly and consistent.

      Cons

      Bring back Friday happy hours soon :)

      The leader gives me the freedom and autonomy to build my desk and more importantly providing me with careful guidance.

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment and strategies do change pretty quickly but that is due to the market changes.
