Flexability, unfortunately that is it.

Overworking their employees is common practice. They lie about everything, to customers and employees. No direction, yet no authority. Getting a raise is like pulling teeth. You really will have no life with employment at HTP. Medical absolutely horrible. They say they will train you, never did in over 2 years. Supposed profit sharing has been suspended for years. "Company vehicle" is parked there and shared amongst coworkers. The salaries in their ads are based from their best years in business, which are long gone.

Nice customers. I hate to see them get ripped off by the owners.

Family run.... Abusive to employees and they won't pay commissions. Everyone has an "all about me" mentality.
