Pros
Good benefits. Not so competitive pay, but not horrible either. They gave a small yearly bonus. Reasonable opportunity to advance if you don't mind staying on the production side (at the Draper production site.) I felt communication was reasonably sought and given among the teams, plant and company from a professional standpoint.
Cons
A lot of competition to move sideways out of the production side, which is understandable for a production facility. As far as pay, it started out good but slipped from diminished or canceled yearly annual raises due to cost cutting.
