The pay, benefits and work to life ratio is a positive comparable to other companies I have worked for in the Northeast part of US. Haemonetics is trying to make a real difference in industry.
Cons
The company has acquired approximately fourteen companies in nine years. Integration of people into the culture has been a stumbling block. A reduction in force seems to be the norm after their acquisitions. Constant organizational structure changes
