IDK - Graduate Engineer Hager Employee Review

The team here is amazing. Everyday I am in awe of their hard work, dedication and passion as we meet challenges with new marketing endeavors. I am so grateful for the support of my supervisor and leadership surrounding me. I continue to learn from so many amazing, talented people here.

The only Con I have is COVID because that was hard to begin a position during a pandemic and not be able to fully engage with such great people. Excited for a post-COVID Hager experience.

Only 1 shift, repetitive work and weekly overtime

Low pay, only expect 2-3% annual raises. Bonuses are good for management but terrible for hourly. They may or may not post open positions but even when they do, they've already picked who will fill those jobs. Production managers are backstabbing and new VP will terminate you if you complain, or are not visibly enjoying your work.
