Pros
From the very start, the onboarding process at Haier has been smooth and supportive. I felt welcomed right away, with colleagues who were approachable and happy to help whenever I had questions. The structured training during the first few weeks gave me a clear sense of expectations, and I was also given opportunities to get exposure to different parts of the business, which made it easier to learn quickly. Managers have been approachable and open to new ideas, which creates a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Work-life balance has also been good, with flexibility available when needed.
Cons
That said, like any large organisation, there are areas that could be improved. The systems and processes can be quite complex to navigate as a newcomer. Nothing else to say negatively about Haier.
