Awful!. Routing is terrible,long hours, a lot of work to do on top.of being a technician. Management absolutely shocking, how can you have a manager of a team that doesn't know how to use a washing machine!. Forced to leave as managed out the door because face doesn't fit. No one knows the job, bullying, victimised. Most engineers leaving for same poor manager!
