      Good Training, Salad Bar, Early Dismissals before holidays, some good teamwork

      Cons

      This company has become a revolving door for employees. Employees don’t matter whether temp or perm. Moral is at a low right now.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
