      US management makes decisions for Canadian branch purely as cost savings measures without understanding the Canadian business or impact of decisions. One of the worst managed companies I have seen. US management points all responsibility of poor decisions to US CEO who makes 1,000,000 USD a year and made a 1,800,000 USD bonus after laying off half of the staff.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
