      Great brands with tremendous potential but because company is ok with mediocrity they will never be a leader in their categories.

      Cons

      Outdated tools, no training or effort to improve. They are content with mediocrity. Leadership does not care about employees needs and some have no business being in the positions they are in.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
