      Pros

      Recently started at Hain and the HR organization has done a great job with on-boarding. I've been given lots of information about the company, had time scheduled to chat with my manager and many key folks in the org and most important a "buddy" to help me get acclimated. I've also been supported with access to all the systems and tools I need to ramp up and start impacting the business.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
