I feel it's important to speak up about the deeply unprofessional and unethical conduct of the CEO of HALIAN . The CEO has exhibited behavior that goes far beyond acceptable leadership — and borders on outright abuse of power. Racism in the Workplace: Multiple instances of racially insensitive comments and biased decision-making have occurred under this CEO's leadership. Discrimination appears to be normalized, and diversity is clearly not a priority — unless it’s for appearances. Invasion of Privacy: Employees’ personal lives are constantly monitored via their social media accounts. Instead of focusing on performance or professionalism, the CEO wastes time spying on what people post on Instagram — judging, gossiping, and even confronting them about harmless, private activities. It’s toxic and deeply inappropriate. Jealousy and Manipulation: Any form of success or independence is met with jealousy. The CEO goes out of their way to discredit employees who are well-liked or talented. Fake compliments to your face, followed by undermining you behind your back — a textbook case of a manipulative leader. Late Salary Payments: On top of everything else, salaries are frequently delayed without explanation. Employees are expected to stay quiet and grateful while struggling to pay their bills — all while the CEO posts about “success” and “team values.”

Pros

The people are good people, but after losing their leadership its not really going anywhere.

Cons

Whatever they share with you is just lip service, with no substance or backed up with any real evidence. There is no genuine interest to grow what they do or create better opportunities for people, just a case of come in, bill and dont cost us money, which I just business, but many other business have that goal but help you enjoy your time there and give you things to work towards.
