The CEO has exhibited behavior that goes far beyond acceptable leadership — and borders on outright abuse of power. Discrimination appears to be normalized, and diversity is clearly not a priority — unless it’s for appearances. Invasion of Privacy: Employees’ personal lives are constantly monitored via their social media accounts. Instead of focusing on performance or professionalism, the CEO wastes time spying on what people post on Instagram — judging, gossiping, and even confronting them about harmless, private activities. It’s toxic and deeply inappropriate. Jealousy and Manipulation: Any form of success or independence is met with jealousy. The CEO goes out of their way to discredit employees who are well-liked or talented. Fake compliments to your face, followed by undermining you behind your back — a textbook case of a manipulative leader.
