Cons
If you value your mental health, never join this company. It is an extremely terrible company with management and policies similar to a call center. Employees have to submit their cell phones and you are answerable for every second you spent in company. There is zero professional growth. The upper management is extremely rude and disrespectful. There is no job security; they can terminate you without any reason whenever they want. Recently, they laid off almost 50-60 people without any reason. Now, to retain the remaining employees, they are offering increments of up to 40-50%. Working in this company can be detrimental to both your mental and professional health.
