Four day work weeks not bad

Sometimes not a lot to do so quick days means less hours

Don’t really have anymore. They have lost the plot.

This company has lost the plot what made them successful. They have no sense of leadership. It is very poor at communication, and seems to only care for themselves. They are starting to have high turn over and can’t seem to figure out what to do with themselves the last few years. They also fall through on promises that have been made. This by far has been the worst work experience in my life.
