All mental health agencies like this one have problems. High turn over and open-secret fraudulent billing are prevalent throughout this field. Hamilton Center is no exception. Expect to see shady billing from all of the staff. What other reviewers have said about needing to know somebody to get ahead is absolutely true. They allow certain employees to assign their work to others, meaning they can take extra long lunches, disappear for hours on end or just generally do whatever with no consequences. Meanwhile, someone else is responsible for their work.
