Walking on Eggshells - Anonymous employee Hamilton Group Employee Review

I worked at Hamilton Company for three years. It is the worst company I have ever worked for. Hamilton Company used to have a high standard of excellence and a well deserved good reputation in the industry when the founder was running the business. That all changed drastically when one of his sons took over the business. This is very important to note for any perspective new employees. If you have innovative ideas in which you hope to incorporate this is not the place for you. Unless the owner feels the idea is his, you will be butting heads with him directly or his “minders” and you will lose as all the others before you have... The other real problem is that Hamilton Company is located in Reno, NV and there is virtually no other scientific manufacturer in the area in which you could move to if things go badly...basically your stuck. This all adds up to an unbelievably poorly managed company and a very risky job opportunity...
