Pros
Hamilton is a great company that makes great products. Employees and management genuinely care about finding solutions for our customers because they are out there improving medicine and advancing science. There is never a shortage of technically challenging problems to solve to make this possible.
Cons
Some of the company policies are "old school". It's not always a bad thing but sometimes some flexibility in things like work schedule would be nice.
