Overbearing ownership and senior management who have a knack for churning through talented FOH managers and being totally unwilling to listen to their ideas. They also like to show up and get drunk during dinner service while nitpicking everything their employees do. Be ready to introduce yourself to a new manager every 3 months after they run another one into the ground

We had a good relationship, friendly environment, co-operative team, etc

It used to be fast paced, late nights, weekends, but not too bad .
