Pros
Decent pay, Paid time off, and Benefits are the only reason worth staying until something better comes along.
Cons
Inconsistent work schedule. Lack of professionalism and communication from property managers and corporate level higher ups. No proper training at intake or during policy changes, if you're even informed of any policy changes in the first place. Very minimal raises in both amount and frequency, if any at all. Bonuses are promised, but then taken away without explanation and we only find out when it just doesn't show up on the check.
