Pros

They might offer you a work visa if you are not EU citizen. Comes with strings attached, Accept only if seriously desperate. To attract talents, they have to offer relatively high salaries. Question them about their Glassdoor score and negotiate like you are the next Elon Musk. Above suggestions and warnings about accepting still apply. The non-management employees are usually decent and nice people, blissfully unaware about where they ended up or stuck in a position they cannot get out.

Cons

There is no real office, there is no real HR and no real IT. But do not be fooled, this is not to "be lean". This is BY DESIGN, so there is no one to pick up your complaint, no one to show you what the policy is, no one to turn to if you have a problem (and you will have a problem). Women will be targeted by inappropriate comments, men will receive hostile and confrontational treatment. General disrespect in subtle or less subtle forms is common. They will put in your contract all kinds of clauses to keep you with the company, but watch out for being fired in no time when business starts to turn for the worse. Save your time, your career, protect your money and your mental sanity by not engaging even in a casual chat with these people. Seriously, DO NOT touch them even with a 12 feet pole with 2 condoms on its tip.

Pros

advantages (car, fuel card, company phone...) Salary is okay Might sponsor visas for foreigners

Cons

The MANAGER. As the company itself does not have a proper structure, so when you have to talk to HR for example there is NONE, it's only you and your manager. and even the company is targetting the big 4 ex/current employees so they can overcharge their client and keep a bigger chunk of the commission, And fire employees by the end of their trial period and amidst the project. they really don't care about their employees or clients. Don't let me start about the disappointments I've encountered when I was sold dreams during the interview.
