AVOID. Terrible company to work for. Dubious business practices, driver's are pressured to drive unsafe vehicles and are not always paid. Staff are unfriendly and lack empathy. If this is how they treat their staff who bring in the stock, I can only imagine what the customer service is like if you have a problem with a car purchased from them. Better value cars can be found elsewhere so I would not recommend.

- HR department is very helpful - Business concept good but needs managing more professionally - Just started a company pension scheme

- Little or no management leadership - Unsupervised work being carried out - Unskilled people employed in key areas - Adolescent behaviour of some staff members - No work appraisal from superiors - No active Health & safety process in place - Place is generally untidy & worn out looking - High turnover of staff in a short space of time - Limited or no uniform provided to SOME staff!
