Pros
resume booster ability to make great contacts low-stress environment 8am-5pm work-life balance (you might get pressured to stay late but they can't stop you from leaving at 5:01pm, especially when you aren't paid for overtime) you'll be expected to figure things out on your own so you learn a lot
Cons
massive turnover no retention of employees low pay 5 vacation days & sick days per year (not a big deal though since no one sticks around long enough to need more) out-of-touch management (as in, out-of-touch with reality) no performance reviews or opportunity for promotion hostile/toxic work environment EVERY position is expected to do sales 401K contributions don't start until 1-1.5years from start date be expected to hear negative things constantly said about you (regardless of whether or not they're true)-- it's always going to be your fault extreme micromanagement (you'll be called or visited at 7:55am every morning to make sure you're in the office and again at 4:55pm to make sure you haven't left yet) management will have no idea what your job entails and will have unrealistic expectations of deadlines and appointment schedules undervalues and belittles all coaches/clients/employees behind their back treats everyone as if they're disposable
