Pros

Some people on the team were actually decent to work with.

Cons

he whole place runs on who you know, not what you do, and it gets exhausting watching the same people get every good project while everyone else watches from the sidelines. There's this inner circle that just keeps feeding itself and the rest of us are expected to pick up the slack while they take credit for work they didn't even touch — which honestly gets old. No one even pretends it's fair anymore, people just accept it and move on, which is somehow worse because it means nobody's trying to fix it. The real problem is there's actual talent here that gets wasted because being good at your job doesn't matter, it matters if the right person likes you. You can feel the resentment building and people are jumping ship because they're tired of watching the same people fail up the ladder while doing actual work gets you nowhere. It's just depressing to watch a place where merit is treated like a joke.

Pros

Great to see Lauren Handel back rebuilding her first and original company. Old leadership left a mess and of course, bad reviews. Thankfully she is here to stay and is growing the business how she originally intended.

Cons

Takes time to rebuild a company but she is making it happen.

Pros

Very dedicated employees. New hires joining the company with so much enthusiasm. Coaches offering free advice to employees who started feeling frustrated and miserable at work.

Cons

While the company helps people realize and build their dreams, they constantly neglect their own. I personally think management's terribly hypocritical, addressing and fixing other company's internal problems while they can't manage their own! They build on leadership while the leadership in the company is rotten! They don't care about anyone's wellbeing, they only care about making money on what they do best! And the best they do is tell lies to people and make people think they're experts in making your company and employee's live better! Surely the coaches are skilled and talented but they too were being used by management! Most employees are are overworked and not rewarded for everything they do for the company! we're not even recognized for our efforts. It's sad to see people coming in with so much enthusiasm but leaving after a few months looking exhausted and miserable! Something needs to change for sure. Otherwise, the employee turnover will keep rising!
