Great products, employees, and workplace. Continual improvement from top management down and from the shop floor up! The organization has very high awareness of it's positive affect on the market and knows where they are as compared to competition.

There is always "red-tape" with medical products. Some processes take longer than in other industries. Previous employees have created some hurdles which need to be knocked down.

Pay is decent and 15 PTO days to start

-Office environment -"Management" -Near 100% turnover in the last year -The competent employees keep getting more added to their plates while the others look to offload. -Very robust Microsoft dynamics ERP system but no one knows how to use it. All reporting and analysis have to be manually generated and put in Excel for the incompetent leadership to understand.
