Engineering department is not open to changes or improvement, nor do they listen to issues reported from the production floor. Management can be seen as overtly aggressive, if you do not tow the party line. Too many jobs are accepted, which are beyond the workforce capacity, which leads to excessive amounts of time (overtime) locally and on-site, needed to meet scheduled deadlines. Site time can becomes excessive, due to the lack of time made available for the proper in-house assembly, validation and acceptance testing.
