Pros

Great people to work with all the managers and down are very skillful and are a joy to work with. Vice President is never around unless there is a issue.

Cons

Salary is terrible. Senor engineers come in at around 75-80k instead of the average 100k. Entry level engineers start at around 58-62k instead of the average 85-89k. After 5 years of working here I only increased from 60k-70k despite the company’s growth rate and revenue doubling every year for 4 years. You will be forced to work long hours every day because of the low staff numbers and high department demands. Since majority of the incoming people are interns and in experienced about 60-70% of the work is normally fixing applications from inexperienced employees. When someone leaves the company someone above a manager position normally has all the engineers give a small pitch about how everyone is happy to the president or vice president of the company. Terrible Medical plan you are better off paying your own. 401k plan is not through a fiduciary consider reading the fine print on that one. ESOP is good.

Pros

401(k), PTO, benefits, holiday parties, and employee appreciation events

Cons

Pay: They are constantly limited as to how much they can offer. It seems they always have to refer back to HR. Pressure to produce.

Pros

None with exception of paycheck

Cons

Where to start? Toxic work environment. Continuously bombarded with profanity which seems to be part of the culture. Employees are pitted against each other in the name of competition. Multiple channels compete for the same dealerships with no regard to ethical behavior. Awful culture. Turnover is extremely high. Run don’t walk away from this company. Managers state “This is how we’ve always done it” as a reason for many processes and do not entertain suggestions for improvement. It’s do it our way or hit the road.
