      Pros

      Management team at this particular store is some of the best I've ever worked with. Management goes out of their way to try to honor all requested time off. Hours are flexible to allow school, family, and other priorities to happen. Most customers are a joy to see and talk to.

      Cons

      Hours can fluctuate a lot from week to week, so planning a budget to live is hard to do. Company use to work hard at trying to prevent repetitive injuries in employees, but now they don't.

      Occasional free provided food in break room, great community, understanding managers on all ends, etc

      Cons

      No real employee discount but honestly hannafords brand stuff is really cheap. like. 2.00 for 18 eggs?? yes please

      In my location at this point the management is very good at passing along workers who are unkind and have bad attitudes.

      Cons

      Currently, the most difficult part would be the dealing with people who are trying to scam us.
