      Pros

      good pay; friendly & easy-going people to work with; nice work atmosphere with lots of freedom to perform my job duties and tasks.

      Cons

      I indicated that I wanted to do "structural-engineering" work (during my job-interview) ... but there was very little of that for me. Their business-work is much too "Heavily" dependent on the Oil/Gas drilling & fracking industry.

      If you like being belittled and treated poorly then this company is for you. If you want to be treated as a professional then look for work elsewhere.
