      Pros

      There are none. If you want to work here, prepare to be miserable every shift.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work with the dumbest and laziest people they could possibly hire. If the machines can run longer than 5 minutes without breaking down it'll be a miracle. Management is basically non existent. The place is in complete chaos and a free for all.

      Pros

      In the maintenance department my direct supervisor is wonderful. Anything I need to do the job better I have the next day. I have made great bonds with all of my coworkers. The operation director is such a breath of fresh air. Logic and comprehension exist and we get things done as a team.

      Cons

      Overtime can be limited depending on customer product demand. Warehouse production area is not climate controlled.
