      No pay for overtime work. May have to work on Saturdays and even Sundays. Hierarchical culture.

      Pros

      Their office in the US is newer so there are lots of potential and opportunities. Flexible working hours. Office is modern and clean, and we get to interact with lots of fun entrepreneurs in the same building. Management is open minded. Working environment is chill.

      Cons

      Can be a little lack of structure sometimes due to the branch being newer. Suitable for someone like wearing different hat and pitching in ideas.
