      They play favoritism, judgemental work environment, will fire you with no one warning no matter how long you've worked there, enable people who don't work and give the people who do work more responsibility instead of making other people actually do their job, not much room for moving up either

      Pros

      Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

      Cons

      It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
