      Pros

      great senior leaders at corporate level and regional level care and empathy and respect overall a great culture; very inclusive

      Cons

      some integrity issues, at individual level, senior profiles, which was accepted and which had some impact on how some senior profiles were perceived. Some condescending behavior which was also tolerated. average pay, but good other perks (hybrid working, great medical insurance, flexible timing, bonus for all employees)

      Pros

      Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

      Cons

      It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
