Long hauling hours, and hot temperatures cause outdated air conditioners and standing for hours.

Great coworkers. Great managers. Evolving workplace atmosphere and culture. Very adaptable. Growing in shift flexibility for those who show reliability and effectiveness.

Frustrations with the facility manager. Rigid timeclock policy. No grace period. Penalized by point system for not coming to work when sick even though policy doesnt allow you to come to work if sick. Slow to implement changes much of the time.
