Pros
When a company states that employee happiness is their number 1 priority, no one really believes them. However Happy HR actually show you this is the case. I'm honestly not sure where to start, but anything is on the table here. I need some flexibility for my family and with such a supportive team (including management), this is available to me when I need it. This saves so much stress for a working mum. Working remotely is a huge bonus - I honestly couldn't imagine the stress I'd be under if I had to go back to an office. The culture is one of high standards, high performance and team work and the entire team will pitch in to help when someone needs it. I enjoy working at a high standard in a fast paced role, especially when the rest of the team are the same. Regular check ins from management about how I'm going, if I'm happy, what support I need etc. I've never had that anywhere else but Ill never take it for granted. I love and take advantage of the numerous employee benefits and bonuses available to us. I also love the clients we work with and the variety of issues we assist with.
Cons
Nothing - it's a fast paced role which isn't for everyone, but management and the team support each other and work together to ensure everyone is happy and not overwhelmed.
