Great work environment. Very hard working leadership team. the company has been in the industry for a long time. so they know what they are doing.

They offer direct deposit and help pay for healthcare. They also pay you above minimum wage.

This is the most incompetent and unorganized employer I have ever worked for. The reasons for this include managaement indecisiveness, unruly and downright childish behavior displayed by management towards employees, an inability to find and keep a source of good leads, and an extremely high turnover rate for both sales and operations staff. The list goes on, but low pay and a lack of any benefits outside of typical healthcare also make this a very unappealing option for work, especially for younger members of the labor force looking for their first stint in an financial or administrative role.
