Work Environment is taxing - Dog Groomer Happy Spa Dogs Employee Review

CEO does not fully invest on getting van issues fixed when problems arise. There always seems to be quick fixes and cutting corners on problems that lead to vans being out of service completely and people losing out on shifts. There’s only so much a fleet manager can do and an office manager can help run and handle, honestly CEO needs to humble down and step it up. The vans not having AC in the cabin or salon is not the best working condition for a groomer or dogs already in stress, especially a brachycephalic breed. Also no other benefits offered? After how many years later?
