Pros

nice vacation time, decent schedule, decent management team at the store level. always something to do so can never get bored. always something different everyday. decent co workers one or two bad apples. making progress to improving daily operations but can get a little bit to much micromanagement

Cons

lack of space in the backroom is a constant problem, to much micromanagement on small stuff. lack of communication with the stores about changing product, part/full time ratio is awful has done more harm in the store level than good. harder to retain employees when they only get 25 hours most per week if lucky. SRR can be an effective program but a bit to much on the forcing the store to complete it before it can get on with other major tasks. high volume stores have a more difficult time just trying to get the basics done leaving many store specific projects to be put on hold for months before the time or man power can finally be found to accomplish them and SRR takes away what time is typically available to accomplish the tasks off hours.

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
