Corruption in management, policies requiring employees to use their personal vehicles for mandatory coupon distribution to local businesses and refusing to reimburse for gas mileage. Company policy states personal vehicles are not covered under company insurance while used on the clock. Company policy states you will be reimbursed for gas but it does not happen. Extremely high turnover, no formal training for management, draconian sales policies that create a 'built to fail' environment for employees. Payroll/hours for part timers extraordinarily volatile. Stores chronically understaffed. Culture of apathy.
