Pros
The growth of our stores. The capital investment made at the Dillon DC to give us the tools and technology to improve our service performance to our stores. A CEO along with a Senior Executive Team who believes in the work we are doing and also appreciates the efforts made to improve our performance
Cons
It is the most challenging place I have every worked. There are days you wonder if you make a difference and I have sometimes questioned my own abilities. You have to work hard to get an issue resolved and when you do, there is another right behind it. So you need to be on your A game everyday.
