      The company really cares about it's employee's. The compensation is higher than most any other companies and the benefits package is above par. They haven't increased the rates in 4 years.

      Cons

      If you are a manager that leads by example, this company is not for you.

      Management has changed. Store is in chaos. I've been there nearly 4 years and I'm very unhappy with some management.
