      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits, Senior leadership that seems to genuinely care for their people, good training program.

      Cons

      Heavy workload more often than not. Data onslaught. Too much time being spent with direct hands on production rather than actual tasks assigned to the job description.

      Pros

      At my location we were given a 15 minute break. My coworkers were decently good. Never took advantage of their benefits but they seemed good.

      Cons

      We never had any shift leads on night shift, most people would quit within 2 months of working so night shift was understaffed. Management could be better.
