Poor pay, poor coverage, gross place - Crew Member/Grill Cook Hardee's Employee Review

This location was forced to run on skeleton crews often. Some of the leadership was inexperienced with no actual coaching to help them improve. Store was in a constant state of disarray. Nobody would continue the upkeep of the store and only select few put in any effort. Store managers and shift leads are often forced to work 7+ days in a row due to call outs.
