Hargrove Response
7yThank you for your comments.
Hargrove has a long and proud tradition of excellent service to its customers - more than 70 years - and we have many employees who have been here for decades. On the other hand, we also have many new hires - who have been here 2 years or less. We are proud to be such a diverse organization. At Hargrove, we are constantly seeking new, innovative and creative ideas - and we seek to hire the best.
We are sorry to hear that you had such a challenging experience here at Hargrove. What you have described does not appear to be the normal experience here at our Company.
First - please understand that Hargrove does not decide whether to pay unemployment or not - no company does. Unemployment Insurance is a legal right. However, whether it is paid to any one individual is not up to Hargrove - it is decided by each independent state unemployment agency, The decision is based on the facts and circumstances of a termination - decided on the merits of each unique situation. Hargrove does not make that decision.
We would also like to correct your statement about no professional training and very high turnover at Hargrove. Hargrove does offer training - both hands on, and external, when appropriate.
Regarding our turnover - our average tenure here is more than 7 years, and our turnover rate is less than the industry average. Employee engagement is important to us, and we are continually looking at ways to keep our talented employees engaged, and motivated.
