2yThank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience is frustrating. We appreciate your positive note about the annual trip and meal benefits, but it's clear that there are areas where we can improve.
Firstly, I'm concerned about your feedback regarding management's receptiveness to feedback. We are committed to fostering an environment where every employee feels heard and valued. To this end, we are continuously working on establishing more open channels of communication and feedback loops that are supportive and constructive.
The issues you raised about illogical changes, lack of coherent strategy, and disappearing projects are concerning. We recognize the importance of having a clear strategy and consistent project management to ensure that your time and efforts are meaningful. We therefore started at the beginning of 2024 with our new way of working: a project desk that supports the planning and project management processes to provide better clarity and stability.
Team cohesion and trust are fundamental to a positive work environment. It's troubling to hear that you see these as areas of concern. We are committed to (re)building trust and fostering a supportive team culture. This includes ensuring that feedback is constructive rather than punitive.
I regret the negative experience you have. Please know that your feedback is invaluable in helping us make the necessary changes. I encourage you to reach out to HR to discuss your concerns in more detail and to explore how we can support you better.
Thank you again for your feedback!
