Pros

Can’t really think of many, disappointing experience all round Some lovely colleagues

Cons

Poor interdepartmental communication Late payment of expenses every month Production can’t make the timelines agreed to Frequent late delivery of projects Very incestuous employment, many relatives and friends in employment No opportunity to be honest with clients when projects are running late to mitigate damage, we get told to just push on Too many new staff, seems to be a high staff turnover as the norm - makes you wonder

Pros

A paycheck, but at a high cost to your professional sanity.

Cons

* The "Satellite Office" Problem: Because the owners are in the UK, the US team is treated as an afterthought. You will feel isolated from decision-making and are only engaged when leadership wants to exercise control. ​Constant Interference: Expect to be micromanaged by people who are thousands of miles away and have no idea how your projects actually function. It is a highly annoying and inefficient way to work. ​Unrealistic Expectations: They expect expert-level output but offer zero support and even less professional empathy. They simply do not care about the people, only the data points. ​No Growth: If you want to move up the chain, look elsewhere. This is not a company that values or promotes its Project Managers.
