I came from a larger company that cared little for its employees and clients. Harmony is not like that! These are my favorite people I've ever worked for. In ABA you can find disingenuous people who sees their workers and clients are numbers. They're not like that here. Both owners Nancy and Shawn know each one of the clients and employees well, and it's not lost on us or on the parents. They give us freedom to be ourselves while trusting that we will maintain an image of professionalism -- and that trust is what will make your employees act with integrity. If you respect people, they will respect you and your company and want to represent it with integrity. They're transparent about pay -- which is the best I've gotten in this field-- and they genuinely want you to succeed, within and outside of the company. I love it here!
