      Pros

      The clients that need our help. Some employees are salaried but still too low for the amount of work that has to be done.

      Cons

      Lack of support. All they care about is their units. Tons of paperwork. Long working hours but adminstration doesn't see that. Very disencouraging and the burn out is to the order... toxic environment.
