      Great work/life balance. Opportunities for growth and career development. Leadership really cares about their employees. Strategic leadership. Great culture, morale-People generally enjoy working with their colleagues.

      Pros

      HarmonyTech works hard to help you stay with them. My contract ended and they still kept in touch with me to help me find another position. They are all about keeping their Employees. And they don't just treat you like another Contractor, they treat you like Family. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Growing pains... They are growing rapidly and working through the normal issues most Companies do. Other than that, they are wonderful and I hope to find another opportunity to work with him.

      Pros

      Excellent, affordable health benefits and immediate, big match on 401K; paid holidays and reasonable PTO. This is a great place to further or start a career because of the work HarmonyTech delivers to its customers. Great all around support team for the employees they value.

      Cons

      Mostly tied to government contracts but the company is keen on gaining and keeping work.
