Thank you for taking time to write about your experience of working at Harper Adams. We appreciate your feedback.
The Vice-Chancellor, Ken Sloan, is a great champion of the land-based sector and recognises the strengths of Harper Adams University, which is why he returned to the UK to take on the leadership of the University. His belief - shared by many across the University - is that the excellence that Harper Adams offers across its portfolio of courses should be available to people from all parts of society and he's committed to making that happen.
Ken's commitment to nurturing the University community, and his way of engaging with that community, reflects his leadership style and not everyone may warm to that. However, it is a style of leadership which is inclusive and that welcomes feedback and offers multiple opportunities to provide that.
