Pros
There are no positives from working at Harrell Design Group, except when I realized all the toxicity and got out.
Cons
I worked at Harrell Design Group for incredibly too long and unfortunately had a negative experience. The high turnover rate was a red flag from the start, with many employees leaving within a short period. This instability created a chaotic work environment and made it difficult to build strong relationships or establish a sense of stability. Additionally, the level of micromanagement I encountered was excessive. I felt constantly monitored and restricted, which stifled my productivity. There was little room for independent thought or initiative, and it seemed like every decision had to be approved by multiple levels of management. Overall, I would not recommend working at Harrell Design Group due to the limited opportunities for growth and development. There was little room for advancement, and it seemed like the focus was primarily on maintaining the status quo rather than fostering innovation and creativity. If you're looking for a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can grow and develop your skills, I would recommend exploring other options.
